Where can I find your original ones? I can't seem to find a good one to extract from a map.

I have no idea how they even got out in the first place to be honest.

OT: Either I am getting old and losing my memory or you guys have lost your memory ( I haven't played Halo 3 for about 2 months, everytime I picture halo 3, I think of this map.....lol ^_^) But it feels right with that zoomed FoV....maybe it could be a little bit higher but the FoV value from Ziga's Halo 3 Campaign mod seems about right....if it's too close, then maybe 2-7 values higher?

oh yeah, for sure, he's illegally reverse engineering the game against the MGCUR and porting the content to get views and praise. he's also done an amazing job of shoving the whole "these assets are mine and not yours!!" douchebaggery into everybody's heads by not releasing everything because he feels everybody else doesn't deserve to be blessed by his amazing creations.

oh, and you want the reach models? he says "make your own tools and do it yourself." man, it's really that easy guys, why don't we all push the "win" button? it's not like people have lives or jobs and can't dedicate time to learning how to program or anything

Way to troll Gane, CAD's surely done more than just "rip from the other Halo games."

He's:
-Created FP Legs
-Created a zombie-barrier and zombies that work
-Created a working mystery box
-Created entirely new models by himself (DMR as one of the latest)
-Animated weapons quite well, one of the first and best animators we've had
-Textured weapons
-Made completely new and awesome particle effects for many weapons
-Tagged an unbelievable amount of weapons and done more work than you can DREAM of
-Helped people in terms of scripting and various other behind-the-scenes things

He doesn't just do what you're ignorant claims say he does.

I say this here instead of PMing because I want you all to know that CAD truly is/was one of our greatest and most helpful members ever, even if he may have had a bad reputation for showing off ripped content that he'd never share. There's reasons for that too which should be obvious (because everyone would use it and the game would get boooooring).

If anyone wants to further discuss this though, PLEASE FREAKING PM ME

is not that we want to troll him or hate him...its that he never release much of his tags before...he don't share them much sadly...we know he is a smart guy who did tons of work...but its just he don't release them =?

why the hell should CAD or anyone in this community for that matter release EVERY LITTLE THING THEY HAVE!!!!!! CAD has done amazing things for this community and all this community has done in return has taken him for granted with the exception of a handfull of people. STOP COMPLAINING THAT PEOPLE ARNT RELEASING TAGS OR NIFTY TOOLS!!! there are reasons for everything so dont assume he's being greedy or something absurd like that. i do not want to see reach tags in every single map like CMT's tags have been. it ruined their cool tags for me to play with them in every crappy mod.

I wouldn't want to release ripping tools to just anybody... but It would help a lot of good people save their time as well.

So when is the next one coming out?

...it's people like you who make me a little angry. Seriously? You think that "you aren't getting proper credit for a useless and tiny detail that no one cares about" is something he should put up there? Seriously?

What the hell has this community come to? Should he put each and every one of us up there for commenting and downloading the map too? For supporting him and helping him along with our critiques?

No one is going to look at those "credits" and think "WOW THAT GUY'S PROBABLY COOL HE WAS GIVEN CREDIT FOR THIS MAP OMGGGGGGG."

Chances are, he edited a tag value or 2... So the real question is, does he deserve credit?

And it is up to you where to draw the line is it?
