Just one question to ask, are you going to update the pine trees as well?
As far as I could tell you didn't do much to them in the video...

This is the best project ever. This is wt it would look like if Bungie remade Halo CE (yours is probably better though).

That's just amazing, you somehow added in the difference in atmosphere between CE and the later games.
I never thought I'd see the day where CE would look like:

Thank you guys for the kind comments. The past few days have been real rough and I haven't had any time recently to do any work on it, its the support here that is keeping me motivated. Just wanted to say thank you.

Remember that that screenshot there with the needler is taken while ENB bloom is active, so it wont look like that unless your machine can handle running ENB bloom.

Thanks guys :) I finally got a small bit of time to work on a few textures tonight. I started messing around with the look of the forerunner textures. I'm still not 100% on the few that I did, but I figured I'd post some wip screens and some other of the 2nd level (all without enb series on)












I know you guys want to see new levels, and trust me I want to work on them even more. I just need to get these forerunner textures looking right, then I can move on to other levels easier and focus more on the environment details. Anyways, thanks again for the continued interest :)

They look a little dark - I liked the shinyness of the old ones. Perhaps achieve some equilibrium between detail and brightness?

Cliffs are a little too dark in the last picture, but they're still brilliant, reminds me of Halo 2's Delta Halo level.

I kinda like the darkness, the bloom effects in the older pictures were a bit much. A middle ground probably would be best.

Yea what these guys said....make the textures slightly brighter....they looked great in the pictures on the first page but they were a bit too bright... :)

Just wanted to say this.
It's things like this and people like you that give me hope for Halo.
Everything looks amazing. It may just be me, but the a30 ground looks a bit repetitive. In the origional there were dirt paths textured in that gave it visual difference.

It looks amazing either way, and I look forward to playing it when you finish up and release it.
