It does this on the app too. But it makes my laptop run faster so I am good.

I just ran Sandtrap (Shrine) through it and I was only able to successfully extract 212 bitmaps. Still a huge leap forward. Its also very handy for me because I can get the exact settings for the H3 weapons I've ported to H2V.
I still think its hilarious some fools where trying to sell this app.

Do you have a special (non-public) version UnevenElefant5? Because I could not locate that option anywhere.

Also, little tip for anyone trying to grab some H3 bitmaps themselves; export standard images to .DDS format (so that you get the Alpha channel) and export bump maps to the .TIFF format (as .DDS bumps come out corrupted).
You will also need a Photoshop plug-in to convert .DDS to either .TIFF or .BMP formats.

I just quoted Spartan's post and circled the model extractor option that he had, because Bo said Alteration only rips bitmaps. I myself can't figure out how to get the model extractor working either.
