Seriously; learn how to make real next gen content your self before moving onto a next gen engine.

Lol rips are for test, the mod is pure custom, derp we've established that the first time I've told this community, but no no one listens.

This is a H3 Map, yea, I don't show the custom content because last time I did Dennis removed it, because somehow it wasn't Halo Related? W.e

Yea, but with some edits, a frigate crashed in between to giant rings where the mountains would be, but the map is fairly larger

Well you don't need to buy crysis, it's CryENGINE 2, i can compile my own exe, a whole game and release for free. But of course release WILL NOT have the rips.

What you do is stack a bunch of belts that scroll a texture downwards or upwards along the surface of it. With maybe a mask texture so it comes in from the edges smoothly.

Yeah it has its own seprate shader with a darker setting in the cubemap part.

Warthog reflection cubemap is probly what is causing it to look bad. I am still looking for a new one.

It's Cobalt h1 color. It is the only color I seen that is close to halo 3's blue in a way.

He' susing default metal.

You should get rid of reflection, they don't shine in H3, yet it may look better for CE, I haven't seen it unshined.

ABOUT CRYSIS:

I'm doing rips for fun, I said Halo Aero Update cuz thats the game I was working in, not Crysis.
Also I love Crysis' Shader engine so im putting thing in there for sake of good looks.

You should add the green tint thingy on the top DEE. Looks nice though :) And needs more pretty lights. You should do a small movie with these things. Will look smexy.

Also these ring textures are ripped from the holograms from the level "the covenant".
So they are the textures of the other halos. I like the ice one.
