I agree with some people, I thought we were going for the 'Gravemind moments' HUD in H3, although that may not ave been conveyed properly.
The Flood model with armor was made by Mythril, but the original models were made by Bungie.
I will be on at the week-end and will be able to maybe get c40 90% complete.
Anyway, any progress?, as I've been away for a few days.

Please write the script ASAP as it would be easier to show some beta screenshots of the maps so far =) Currently I'm using universal freeze and manually game_speed X, but that takes longer to make good shots, plus it's awesome for the trailer that I will have made by the end of this week =)
Also, I'm making a flood UI that fits this campaign, when the armored models are done then I'll reveal this UI as it's awesome, I promise =P

The red effect that grows around the edges of the screen is actually a custom shield meter bitmap in the HUD. It's the inverse of your normal shield meter (instead of shrinking when you take damage it grows). When the new BCE site goes live the bitmap and the associated tags will be available, but I think at this point you know enough to figure it out on your own. I always love hearing people are working on single player campaigns. It took a while, but Halo is finally starting to really mature into the SP modding phase. First of all, Marines can use the flashlight (on the AR). Correct? And when an infection form takes over a host, he retains all of the hosts' memory. That's why they tried to create a brain form using Captain Keyes, because the Captain happened to have the most knowledge in piloting capital ships. Therefore, the human form would know how to use the flashlight on the Assault Rifle (at least). The flashlight won't show up for the other weapons. The elite form has a suit with a flashlight, and can use that.

Ability to use flashlight is already gone, although may be implemented for Human form, IF, Mythril would be kind enough to throw a flashligt model on the side of the Flood :D.

Thanks for the effort, but as I've said before, it's hard to make a good sketch of it when it is so smudged at youtube quality, it doesn't even got a high quality version let alone the praised HD... I've made the star gradient so that it only blurs at the outside of the star, and is totally clear on the inside, but it now just looks like a broken visor... I don't know what stuff on it makes it look like all gory, and I suppose I should make the regular vision Night Vision as default overlay too since it's all green, i'll make it less intense though. Update: I've had a few theories and so far discussed a couple with a few people, but the most promising one so far, would have to be 'Infection'. Yes, I discussed this with Kirby, and it seems quite possible to do it. For those of you that are un-aware of what infection is, its when a Flood infection form infects and changes a marine or elite into a Flood combat form, similar to what it is in H3, obviously not as perfect in H3, however it is also quite close, we hope to include this into the mod.
Another few theories I've had are AI enhancements, although I have not been able to dicuss these fully yet, if they are workable, there is a slight chance they will be incorporated into the mod, unless something prohibits us from doing so.
