Can you change the lag time between when you press the grenade button and the time when the grenade is thrown to the normal timing?

As in, normal MC throws grenades almost instantly after the grenade button is pressed, but in the video, it takes quite some time for the grenade to come out. In the video, before you throw a grenade, the *fwoosh* sound of an elite throwing a grenade is heard, and the grenade is only thrown after the sound. If you throw grenades too slowly, you will be at a disadvantage :-/

This mod is now in my personal and much undervalued opinion better than Spv2.

Damage cube maps could use work though.

Since is flood campaign. Doesn't the flood get sealed away by covenant? Then the Keyes and his reopen the door thus reawaken the flood?

The flood were already active when Keyes and his team went there. They just hid away, to give the illusion that nothing happened. The level takes place during Keyes and his team's blundering about. During the official campaign, you hear that their second squad was attacked. In the level, all the marines you meet, are those from the second squad.

There are no recorded anims for Keyes getting infected. Only recorded anims we'll be using is for dropships, and even then we won't need to use it alot.

He was never 'put' into it. Keyes was turned into the flood (read the book 'the flood' pls) and that flood itself became pretty much a gravemind-in-process until MC blew up the ring.

That pretty much solves it, world relative anims are always perfectly placed, but meh, means you can't reuse them in other situations =P

You could just show Keyes walking down a corridor with some Flood combat forms escorting him through the ship.

Just to clear up any arguments. The Flood infected and transported Keyes to the T&R. THe Flood were entering the co-ordinated stage at this time, so they didn't have a cmplete telepathic link o each other. However, at this point the Flood have a basic instinct realised, to gather intelligent life, to start a proto-gravemind. This is what they did to Keyes.

Why would they do that? The monitor is a main character. If they had you kill him, it would totally screw up the rest of the game. If you want a monitor boss, go play the last level of Halo 3.

Done. By the way, I'm about an eighth done fixing up the level. I can't compile it to test, because last time I did, I got a weird end result D: I'm assuming you're not supposed to start the level with a shotgun that has 999 ammo.

aaalso, you guys are supposed to send me scenario files+script so i can compile it with this tagset, i'll be sending lone flood biomass scenery since thats pretty much the only thing that is added in the tagset, and not replaced.

hows anim btw?

For the scenario files + script, I'm still working on it. Lone left quite a few things that I have to clean up. As for animations, I'm still figuring out how to make the left hand move during the fire animation. Does it jerk backwards, or what?
