Alright, so all I've done on the Powerhouse reskin is... added closeup detail to one of the walls, and changed the sky to the one from Revelations. The sky fits so well into this map, just take a look at that waterfall  . And it really does a great job of imitating Bungie's awe-inspiring skies from Reach.

1. the water looks horrible 2. revelations waterfall looks good with it but fix the water to be revelations in the map >.> 3. get that in max and unwrap it all urself because the original person who made it did it horrible 4. get it in max and portal and reduce its polys..

i always liked the revelations map and the waterfall is awesome.but to fit with that powerhouse bsp you really do need to fix the water,in your last image looking at the revelations waterfall...the powerhouse waterfall just looks like nothing against it that's where your going to have to add another waterfall to replace the flatness.your doing a good job keep at it.there's just alot needing fixed with powerhouse to make it complete. edit; fixed my typos cant spell for shiz this morning 5:41am Edited by ally on Feb 20, 2011 at 12:38 AM

We'll do a primary release of an AI Spartans vs Elites map, with a core (CTF/Assault edit methinks), a standard MP version and an SP version with a little road, some caves filled with drones and the pillar of autumn (scenery tags on this site) floating near too, so we can replicate the 10th level of Halo Reach: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DAKDSE3saG4A MAC Cannon on a core collection platform like this one with Mythos projectiles might be a good idea too: Oh, and while I'm at it, does anybody have experience in H2 ripping? Can't you use the water shaders of one of the default maps (Battle Creek for instance) as placeholders? Imo the default water is better than all these except the last one, which is comparable.

I believe they are placeholder textures which haven't been changed at all. Oh, we need someone to TEXMOD or make textures similar to one for a Reach map. I wanna see how close they get to looking like it.

WHOA is that a freakin Reach scorpion? Anyway. None of them are really made for CE. The revenant could be a reskin of a sceptre with a wraith mortar cannon with red projectiles. The chaingun/gauss warthogs have been made and fixed, but the updated versions aren't released (see FRMT) The passenger warthog could just be using modified textures on the rpg_beta_6_v2 passenger warthog The wraith could be a reskin of the H3 wraith (with turret) The corvette will be made, as I will need it for the 'Long Night of Solace' remake. It'll be built around H2 Midship, with the ceiling replaced by shields deactivated by a switch, a hangar below, a few corridors etc. copied from Truth and Reconciliation, maybe the same with the hangar, and a small landing area up top. The rest will just be a quick, crappy model built around the map.
