Even though you probably won't use this information. The brutes sucked. Terrible. The Elites are way better.
First the brutes are fat targets. It felt like I HAD to change weapons to kill them. Like 4 shots BR 50 more shots with AR. The brutes don't even Evade. They took all my shots. 1 overcharged plasma pistol shot didn't take its shields down all the way. The spikers seemed to be the only thing to put them in there. Elites also looked way better. Brutes stayed in one spot, the whole time. And then randomly shot at me. They were WALLS. JUST WALLS.

Everyone here seems to say they got lost easy. I didnt think it was so confusing. Also i liked how there seemed to multiple ways to aproach an encounter in the new BSPs

Yep. Don't put in too much Brutes. Change how their shields flash. Brutes are stupid, but they still know how to dodge.
You should've put in a beta for B30 or B40, since those two levels are probably the best in the trilogy.

At VictorVinceVinson: That was the same exact thing that i thought. But then I realized that I was thinking of Masters' broadcast of D40. EDIT: It would make the level more enjoyable if there were carbines and brute shot; basically, the level needs more weapon variance than just BRG, Assault Rifle, Spike Rifle, etc. The decision, however, is still up to Masters and the team's.
It might just be me but I noticed that the plasma grenades don't become brighter before exploding.
As with everyone else, it would be very helpful if there were nav points or arrows on the floor to guide the player.
As for brutes, their shields are only satisfactory. Elite shields sometimes have double or on one rare occasion, triple layers.
The "sleeping" brute is awesome. When elites are stuck, sometimes they go into some kind of weird stance. Grunts are okay for the moment. There are obvious problems with brute blood.
Mentioned in other posts before, the silenced (spec ops) pistol shouldn't alert enemies when you fire just around the corner [out of sight].
The BSPs need to be less repetitive - place more interesting encounters (although jackals and geists don't really fit in with PoA's language); a few more hunters in the entire level wouldn't hurt. Also, is it possible to make the elevator a little faster?
After playing the level a few times with and without open sauce, I didn't really see any changes. For some reason, I wasn't able to skip the cutscene at the end of the level.

I think some of the trigger volumes aren't in well enough

That was really fun. I had around 20 FPS through it, which was MUCH better than I expected. Lagged near elites though.
Fire was a bit strange, and the ending cutscene, the covenant blasts had bad explosions. Flashlight should be a bit stronger, I was walking for a minute in the destroyed section until I realised I was walking into a wall. Loved that bit though.

If it had headshot capabilities, that would make it seem that useful. It could still take out a grunt with a single burst at mid-range, though.
Oh, and did anybody notice that the Elite gains another layer of shields for every few more shots?

well i just beet it on normal and just wanted to thank cmt for all your hard work i loved the new pistol and the hole level was more fun than ever my game froze on white screen after the outro movie probly cuz i didnt have the next level lol anyway that was fun!
