Advice
Make the extras have like some type of skull capability, like blind, or melee to gain shield.

Go all the way down, down to where the marines were and lower. There should be some sleeping grunts an elite or brute, and a door, go through it.

shooting brutes with the battle rifle (possibly other bullet based weapons too) causes massive amounts of red blood to pool.

shooting brutes with the brute plasma rifle (did not try elite plasma rifle) yields bright blue blood effects.

alot of the ladders in the new areas are difficult to finish climbing. you get to the top then bounce up and down because you cant quite get up on top. i do not know how to fix that, but it is an issue


You dont really need to climb up any ladders, from what I recall after playing.

Not a secret, its just to show where the BSP ends. Its everywhere, you just dont see it much.

Doesnt matter, a pure silenced weapon doesnt alert enemies even after one dies.

Imagine this Scenario, your 5 feet away from a sleeping grunt. You shoot it with the silenced pistol.

"Peetoo" WART WART WHAT WAS THAT? *turns around to enemy killing grunts*

So I think when grunts are sleeping the over watcher should be able to hear a pen drop. But maybe not the occasional melee.

Thats because in SPv1 they had grunts that snored.

These grunts are cute and silent :3

But also, I mean your on a Human Ship attacking them, WHY THEY HELL ARE YOU SLEEPING?

i didnt realize masters was able to program in xray vision. when i have one guy behind a wall and shoot him without him seeing me, then suddenly have his 6 buddies running around the corner at me, i begin to question why you would turn to the pistol anyway when you have the battle rifle with its grenades.

speaking of which, what was going on with your weapons cmt? i had a battle rifle, walked over another battle rifle, and it prompted me to swap. the only reason i can think of is because the battle rifle i had had only 4 grenades, while the one on the ground had 6. i noticed that you fixed the grenade firing so you cant primary fire while it reloads, like you could on snowgrove, but did you do something wierd in the weapon to achieve this? it wasnt just the battle rifle that prompted me to swap either. on quite a few occasions i had a spiker, walked up to another spiker, and the game prompted me to swap my spiker for a spiker. i was confused.

E: im kind of glad i didnt read that post until after i typed this. do you realize how hard you would have to hit something to kill it in one hit like the chief does? if a brute or elite doesnt notice me take out 4 guys around him with a brutal spine crunching melee, then i wouldnt expect him to notice a silenced weapon. maybe its just that the map is to close quarters for the silenced pistol and stealth to be effective

That happened to me, it gave me a Brute Plasma Rifle.

Has to be the reason. and Donut i know what your talking about. I had the spiker and it asked me to switch with another spiker. I mean i understand the Battle Rifle for the gernades but the Spiker was a little weird

ALSO, when you pick up ammo for the silenced pistol it says "picked up an elite plasma rifle"

E: and theres another place more toward the beginning of the map where you can just walk in and see an arteen wall thing. i took a picture of it but i dont think xfire uploaded it

I got a checkpoint after dieing when I got stuck, and managed to take an elite with me. I had to restart the mission. Also the blood thing with the brutes is one of the biggest problems, it made me go down to 7 fps at one point.

Yeah I guess some of the labels are out of whack.

I got tired of picking up M6D ammo. While my pistol only had 3 bullets left in reserve.
