Ok i think we should redo the entire beginning and have it more like how halo 3 started on what cortana was saying but have a guy who is the covenent's version of cortana who wants to help out the humans so we can give the campaign more detail and redo the entire thing including BSP and everything to make it much much longer and more exciting and add a hell of a lot more objectives to the campaign

I think that is a little overkill. How would the covenant AI fit into the storyline? He would have to have a background and a personality, and Mythril and Exception are not going to be happy redoign the BSP, personally I think it's quite good as it is. I'm fresh out of ideas to make it longer, the only idea you came up with is have that chase on a motorcycle, and where would that fit into the campaign? You want MORE objectives? This is pretty good for 3 levels of a fan made campaign.

you should have the campaign's timeline at once..so the whole campaign is going at the same time...but each act with a different perspective. so you would be doind whatever and on a window in a building a ODST squad come running past.which in another act you could be that squad running past and see the other squad doing whatevr they were doing. (though i dont know if this was already stated)

I was thinking of a Wraith with about 2500 health, 250 shields. And theres a rotating flap, that reveals the only weak spot. The Wraith has 2-4 gunner turrets (built in gunners). And the wraith first fires it mortars. After about a loss of 1500 health, it starts the aerial attack. Where it rapidly fires 10-20 fuel rods into the air, and it falls and hits the play wherever. Then at about 500 Health left, it will fire both fuel rods horizontally, but not rapid and continually.
To get the Wraith fire differently, I was thinking of a script that switches the AI manning the Wraith, to a different AI with the new firing statistics.
Complex, but possible.

Look in the mombassa maps on halomaps, those streetlights are the ones you should be using.
Its not even accurate to the refs.
