Still a bit buggy here and there. Some weapons don't have FP animations yet, and I need to re-tweak the Sniper Rifle a little, few HUD problems.. much better than it was before, though

Yeah yeah, I gotta go through an annoying process to make my newly editted Ma5C animations work, and I also need to make a reload I'm happy with for the pistol so you don't have to use Hayabusa's Zteam copy ones.

That is probaby because M00kz is using a FOV hack.

a terrible fov, it looks terrible, ffed up all the anims =/

the anims originally looked good

and it's not a FOV hack people, it's just an option you can change in guerilla, it's nothing special or so

with the fov he had in mind i wouldn't either, all weapons would have to be redone according to the new fov...

whats with the fov? 70 on default is perfectly fine for me, why change it?

I actually wasn't using an FP hack while I was recording that.. I just reinstalled and downloaded 1.08 after fixing the size of my partition and reinstalling XP. I lost most of my MAX files while I was doing that, as well. So I've got a clean install. No hacks.

But when I do use FOV hacks, I set it to around 90-110, from previous experience with Unreal and Quake. Makes it much more FPS-like. 70 is way too narrow for an FPS imo, it shows in Halo 2.

Grunt doesn't like Hayabusa's, or at least his pistol ones which are copies of CAD's over 2 years ago. I'm fine with his sniper animations, and the SMG is also OK, but really I detest the pistol. I have ones of my own but I kind of hate them also....

The only animations of mine in the map currently are the Assault Rifle animations (which I have to still get compiling right after I do the tedious process called "Transfering coordinates for every since damn key frame") and the Battle Rifle's reload.

Still, it's good to see that progess is being made. Any srceenies of the fixed ground or is it somthing we wouldn't notice.

All I'm doing is editting the animations I'd already made for Grunt, but maybe I'll attempt to make animations for the pistol since Hayabusa's are so non-Halo 3.
