The voice needs emotion, energy, and actual acting. Don't just record a sound and slightly edit it. It's not professional and it just doesn't cut it IMO.

you need to be loud(wow that sounds sooo wrong!), and you need to be into what you're saying and also what the character is doing.otherwise you'll sound nothing like the halo marines we all know and love.

Lumoria Shield Elite Update 1 ---

We've got big news on these guys,I cant spill the beans though so you'll have to wait.
But what I can say is that these guys are pretty tough in the lumoria builds,so make sure you have a ton of ammo! This picture is pretty low quality and doesnt showcase the new animations aswell as the shield elite's armor color. Progress on lumoria is going great and now that we've (well,lodex and higuy that is) added several new encounters to a lot of new places (which again I can't talk about), things are a lot funner than before. Oh and you know that pic higuy showed you,that was based off a pre-halo forerunner structure? Well trust me,your going to wish you never walked in there when you play. I may add to this update some more,but you'll just need to wait for the main update,cya later guys!

orly? i thought higuy wanted them at 150 health, but no shielding. they die too fast, really. 2 grenades and there down.

Give them 100 shield and 100 health. Make the porta-shield 50 or 100. That'll make the elite a difficult opponent but not overkill.

its impossible to have 2 different shield entities on 1 object. The energy shield and the portshield will have the same vitality, which at that point, is pretty much useless.

Hurrr, good point. OR you could make the shield a weapon (yes a weapon) with the sword a part of the weapon (which is what I was going to do) and have two materials. Basically, you could make anything but explosives and EMP take out the weapon itself.

which is the point,you could make it so the the energy gauntlent is just a different material,to the point where its invincible,shielding the elite but taking no damage itself. This way it keeps the main shield as fresh as possible,you also give it its own region so that when the elite is killed,the shield will disappear on death.

Okay here's what I think:

Do everything DH003 said, but add some supporting Covenant forces.
Really a Halo 2 Honor guard won't even last long enough even in Legendary without any Covenant infantry support. So what I'm suggesting is that we could upgrade the shielded zealot and add some Covenant infantry to support it.

only these:

Spec-Ops Grunts
Jackal Majors
Spec-Ops Elites

(hunter isn't on the list because they could accidentally kill the Zealot when it's squaring-off against you.)

Looks very cool, but something about the clouds makes them cartoonish and not entirely surreal. Although it does still look great.

Make the shield the only shield the elite has, make it immune to headshots so you can't one shot it with the pistol, make the shield cover most of it's body.

thats the kinda cheaty way to do it, but if you made it a weapon then you could pick it up as the player O.O

no,some weapons cannot be picked up,and it will self destruct when the player is killed anyways,oh and about the shield elite,hes been changed now.

They actually aren't, Con just plays widescreen (like most people now-a-days) and uses a much higher FOV than what most people normally set. It's also to allow you to see more of the sky.

The planets in the bitmap are completely round and are fine under normal circumstances.

wait lumoria is a gas planet? it doesnt look like it it has grass and water and stuff.
