Also, I made a shader that creates a halo ring landscape automatically out of a model:

If anybody is interested in how it looks with a model you made once, just send them to me and I'll upload a video about it.

Limitations (It's game maker, duh):
-OBJ file format
-1 milllion polygons limit (yeah, that's a lot)
-4096x4096 texture resolution max, 2048x2048 preferred
-Only one UV-channel (no lightmaps, only a texture)
-No LOD's, just one big model

I don't expect anybody to send a model, the main reason I hope that to happen is because I'm a complete noob in modeling and I just don't have the time to make a real model for tests. So before anybody is shouting: "Eww, Lolslayer is a lazy brat that wants others to make stuff for him!", basically, that's excactly what I mean with this. But if you're interested to see the result of a real model with this system then you can Always send it. :)

Seriously guys. Rendering your crap content at an OD high resolution doesnt make it any better looking. If it looks like crap at 1000 pixels itll look like crap at 10000 pixels too. The effect would still be the same it would just take you a while longer to render out the scene.

This stuff looks great! Are you going to make a custom hologram for the center part or add more onto it? Only ask bc the hologram has those little 4 side things that are "projecting" the hologram and look a bit odd without anything attached to them structure wise, imo.

Lighting looks fab! But I think you put too much effort into the teleportTion structures.

Specifically the side pieces which appear to have too much detail.

Thanks for all the feedbacks. So, after reading your feedbacks, i've tried to improve some details here and there, what did you think about it now ? For the hologramme's structure, I want to stay in something simple, to stay in armony with the rest of the bsp.

The teleporter structure still seem frivilously overdetailed. Maybe remove those two fin-like peices and have the structure be smaller horizontally?
