Use this installer, it's already patched to 1.10 also it will be installed to C:\Program Files(x86)\Halo Custom Edition (not in Microsoft Games folder) http://www.mediafire.com/file/88n5nv0hvtgrdqf/halocesetup_en_1.10.exe PS - I didn't create this installer but when my installation has some problems then I use it.
