Well for my H2 Campaign project I want things to be good and different not the same old H2,but based around it but things that r different like weapons,vehicles,and bipeds,etc.


So I Took a H2 Grunt assembled him and gave him a Jetpack and rigged him and bam!

H2 Grunt Jetpack style :P I'll scrap him if everyone or majority of pople don't think it's worth the time and tag space :P


Only thing left is new animations :P

Oh and that part were the jetpack is top corner thats cuz of his armor just pointing out, it's not as bad as it looks :P

Could use more detail.

That point at the top hardly seems necessary. It looks bigger than the grunt itself. I suggest getting rid of it or making it smaller.

Also, a problem is that the jetpack is pointing outwards, and not down.

It's pointing down cuz the grunt leans foward when he is sleeping :P But I have noted all the suggestions :P

nice idea. if they start to over swarm you, you'll be in some deep ****. :P

though make the jet pack have some sort of metal then the thrusters coming out. Like cmt's ranger for example.
If it wasn't for the UV's i would be in awesome town.

Bout time someone did something creative.

you mustn't be on the forum alot..... There's tones of ideas that are made... Only some area actually started, and even more rare: are actually completed.

I love it :). Make it, and send it to me for beta testing,also, use particles on it, but only have them appear, when you are flying, not on the ground.. so you could use it as crouching or a flashlight or something :).

Goldigger.. or Tagdigger?

Make 0g Jackals that way it is more canon...Not that it really matters of course but a jackal in a jetpack would be pretty cool!

Ha ha, the cannon fodder of the Halo world has technology to fly. Could use more work though.

I've seen mostly Halo 3 recreations. A few here and there are started, but dont even go to an alpha testing stage.
This looks promising, as it would be most likely simple to do.

they look great :D but it looks like the jetpack is overlapping the armour. i dont know cause i forgot wat the pack looks like.but to be honest, i would do anything to get those. LAWL. imagine flying grunts. lawl

Suicidal, Plasma Cannon Wielding, Jetpack Grunts.

Okay I have noted everyone's suggestions I will move forward with this project and give these grunts new animations and they will be in my H2 map K thanks everyone :)

Ranger Grunts.. maybe you could give them the shiny blue armour and Assault helmets of Ranger Elites from Halo 2? If you took it any further I mean.

I have thought about that might give him armour permutations so when he damaged the back pack falls off and jetpack explodes :P

Give them nuke launchers and make them move so rainbowsing fast that they can outrun, err, fly, the explosion.

It wouldn't be the same. Flying grunts is just so :awesome: jackals wouldn't compare lol

It'd be cool if you could make them like fly really fast when you stick them, and just go every direction :P

I made some jackals with vaccum suits, but I guess thats not the same.

Ummm I have taken note,I've been away and no im not giving them helmets ur suppose to make head shots on grunts,righ now im drinking alot of beer and making new permutations and collision models,then I plan on giving them new animations> K :P

The jetpack Grunt is a great idea, it just needs good animations and preferably doesn't rotate on its feet like CMT's Jetpack Elites did.
