16745 poly's, I've never seen the max poly count for a biped, except for the general guideline that bungie gives for the average computer in 2002 so it wouldn't start lagging, but the max i want to know is how much it will accept in the engine, as for sure our computers can handle it =P

you should primary cut details in the fingers and helmet. by the picture they look too much high polyed.

aim for under 15000, then try again.

The correct word usage would be "EDITING."

Also, please don't make the bitmap look so black-eye-purple. It's ugly like that. Go for a brown color or sickly green.

Chains, resize your image, there's a lot of white space. Even if that's suppose to show that he'll take up that much space, it's kind of annoying. Now, onto the actual WIP: I like it, especially the colors. I'm glad you sort of changed how the gauntlet to the hand is, where it's attached to the forearm, instead of just being glued onto the back of the hand (I hope it isn't). However, I'm confused as to what that thing on his elbow is. Take it away and there seems like there's a bit too much space, but keep it like you have now and it looks awkward. I'd say edit it a bit, not exactly sure how though, maybe someone else will say.

So um... back on topic:

I combined the Halo 3 Spartan with the ODST model WOL made.


I call it HEP Armor or Heavy Escort Protection Armor.
I couldnt call it ODST Armor since there already is one.

Credit goes to Bungie for the spartan, and WOL for the ODST model.

Most of that work isnt even yours. The ar and spiker has been proven several times that it isnt yours. The unwrap of the AA turrets. That mario map there you didnt make any of the textures. The ODST helmet. Some of those mario models. And I think that is it.

They should have made Heretic, Arbiter, and Honor Guard into Elite armor perms for H3. (Maybe not Honor Guard, it makes you more of a target than EVA.) Anyway, Heretic armor would be the greatest. :D
