What is a skill you want to learn for Custom Edition but you lack time to learn/ability/interest/ect?

I'll start.
Good modeling. I can model some okay things but by no means am I good and a lot of my stuff is probably horribly optimized. Pleh.
Animations would probably be next. I just need to spend more time with that though.

Good modelling as well for me. Also indoor bsp. I can do outdoor. Indoor is cancer for me. Also scripting. I'm one of the losers who use Ehs.

Fake Global-Illumination and volumetric lighting

much of my inspiration is from sunny sharma maps and tutorials but I never did figure out how to make volumetric lights

Particle effects. Sure, you can make a stellar BSP but good particle effects is what sets it apart from the rest.

I'd say perfect highpoly baking, but that means perfect UVWs and projection cage editing.
Oh and also organic modeling/sculpting.

How to craft good BSP geometry and level design in general.

Also, Opensauce-related things, mainly normal bump/specular mapping and how directional lightmapping works.

So much this. Aside from lack of focus/motivation, I guess I'd like to be able to make a decent singleplayer level.

Learning how to texture. I'm decent, but nothing I would ever settle on using.

It would be amazing if some people took the time to make some kind of twitch/etc streams to showcase their talent and help others learn, that's how I got better at modeling besides tons of practice. Ex: XXX's modeling workshop

If you want to better yourself and are interested in literally having to go absolutely no where to watch someone (and have enough resolve to sit through the session without distraction) teach you how to better those skills, that opportunity sounds excellent IMO. Plus chatting with the teacher etc. Think of it this way, why do people go to class? No one's making them. It all depends on the initiative taken by the individual; you miss 100% of the shots you don't take.

Second the skybox, textures, and lighting tutorials... especially lighting... :D

Koz and I'm thinking of using a pretty ambitious strategy for CE3 '15 so... priority on volumetric and other alternative lighting methods please? ;) jk

You just need to talk to the right person to get that.

As for me, I'm just here for playing the maps, nothing left I want/need to learn for this engine :-)

Same. Specifically I want to know how to animate well except I've been doing too many other projects that I haven't pushed myself to battle with 3DS Max more, but it's on my to-do list.

Organic and Forerunner Modeling because I want to widen my current modeling ability from outdoor/humanoid environments.

Single player scripting because reasons.

Edit: and movement animations like running that require good frame movement to not look stale

Having the knowledge on how to make a map balanced in gameplay.

You're welcome to glance over my gameplay design guide if you're interested. Many have found it to be helpful, even professionals.

Motivation and organisation.

Oh.. and I want to draw.

Oh... and I want to know how to use functions properly.

Oh... and I want to know how to HUD.

Oh... and I want to know how to have a better aesthetic flow in gameplay regarding enounters, ect.

I can model.
I can UV.
I can script.
I can voice act.
I can animate.
I can weapon.
I can biped.
I can vehicle.
I can physics.
I can music.
I can effect.
I can visualize.
I can write.
I can math.
I can populate.
I can sculpt.
I can bitmap.
I can tag.
I can basic/intermediate encounter.
I can shader.
I can sky.
I can rig.

And best of all... I can rip.

But it would be good to be better at what I can do as well.

...
