Adjutant has an issue ripping tif files rip it as a dds and open it in photo shop and delete the alpha channel or rip it as dds or png and import it to vtf edit and export it to tga then open in photo shop and delete the alpha channel, i do it this way for halo 2 sins they are completely broken on export.
