I've yet to play it, so allow me to ask; Does it use the new features added in PC version? (FRG, Flamethrower Rocket Warthog and so on)
Well, my 3d art course was a 2-year one, so I don't know if this is applicable. But it went basically like this; Term 1: Introduction to MAX, learn how the basics work. Term 2: Hard surface. Term 3: Terrain. Term 4: Animation fundamentals.
Year 2 term 1: Basic character modeling. Year 2 term 2: More advanced principles. Year 2 term 3: Texturing. Year 2 term 4: Rigging/animating.
And that was that. A major in 3D art, and I learned nothing a 10 hour Digital Tutors tutorial couldn't teach. Oh well. I suppose it works for a classroom but such a skill should, in my opinion, be learned auto-didactically.
I think I should start by saying that my perspective is quite warped due to my inability to feel "enjoyment". No matter;
Good: -Interesting and memorable level design. -Campaign from 2 perspectives. -Giving allies weapons, which as Lodex stated, could change everything. -Good soundtrack. -Varied and interesting weapon set. -Good art direction. -Interesting story.
Bad: -Jackal snipers on Legendary. -Hunter beam. I simply find the Fuel Rod Cannon more interesting and threatening. -Lack of ammo. -Flood were lackluster in my opinion.
I'll be honest, I have never felt that Halo was designed for Legendary. It feels at it's best on Heroic but still good on everything else. But what the hell do I know? 10 years of game design experience means nothing clearly. Edited by Adler on Oct 24, 2014 at 05:49 AM

Completely sure. There are many other things I would rather work on. That, and my ideas for Sidewinder were a little over the top anyway.

I would say the Vulture, as mentioned above, or the Albatross would be the closest equivalents.
