I was curious as to whether there is a human version of a crew ship such as the Lich. I've looked up concept art, but I haven't found anything. Does anyone know of anything?

You could used a modified vulture. You know the thing from halo wars.
Though the vulture is apparently much smaller than the Lich according to halo wiki. Scaling up a vulture would be kinda cool. |

I would say the Vulture, as mentioned above, or the Albatross would be the closest equivalents.

The liche is just an oversized phantom so upscale the pelican like 4x its current size and you're good.

The Lich is a large transport. The Vulture is a gunship, so I'm not sure if it'd fit the bill (unless you made a transport-oriented variant of the Vulture). The closest UNSC equivalent would probably be the Albatross or the Pod.
