hey guys. thought I would do another halo custom editon "relive the moment" thread here, so this time the question is what is the first map you ever played on your first day in halo custom edition?

It was the one from Mario 64 , pretty fun.

Fun fact: My first map could have been [TMM]fabrica_abandonada, but I wanted to play the Mario 64 map first.

Probably Epsilon SP Final, as it was RvB that brought me into Halo.

Hyrule Field - Pre-ALPHA

I think it was Extinction. I remember coming into the server in the midst of a lotta team chatter, people calling out targets and requesting pickup, watching Pelicans and fighter jets blast out of the hangar, and being blown away by the scale of everything. I think that's a big part of why I really want to see an Extinction revision.

Coldsnap. It was so much fun in that it vastly deviated from everything stock Halo gameplay has to offer.

I think mine was Covenant vs. Marines Final (where you play as the super powered Elite with insane weapons).

Anything that has to do with Tiamat :|

Yoyorast island or Hugeass, Pretty sure it was hugeass, since that was the first thing you saw at halomaps back in the dayz.

Mine was Delta Ruins. Or was it Immure.

Never heard of those maps.

Besides the stock maps the first custom map I played was Blood Islands which was so good that I wasn't detered by the second map I played SFear which is really weird.

Are you trying to troll people with that sphinxbio map?

He was probably still in diapers when that map was made.

sfear was a fantasic map, I was 9 years old when that was released, but I remember exploring that during my later halo years in high school when I had more free time for exploring the more uncommon maps in the long list on the hce.halomaps listings
