Which Field of view (FOV) do you mainly play Halo CE? Mine is 120 which is best because, I could land a single sniper rifle bullet to the head.
NOTE: I may need to collect all data from other halo players. (Please specify a field of view you play on [HAC 2/Open Sauce (F7 Menu) will help find out what your FOV is]) Edited by ChieftainSnipe on Jun 5, 2014 at 05:17 AM

I play at 100, While getting the benefits of having a higher FoV, the odd animation cutoff is not as visible as when playing at 120.
Although really anything above 90 to me, is acceptable on PC, any lower and it makes me sick.

My best possible guess is playing at a FOV like the Xbox version which matches the MLG settings. Edited by ChieftainSnipe on Jun 5, 2014 at 04:57 AM

Anything lower than 90 especially 70 may make me nauseous and this raises the difficulty level too hard to hit a moving target especially with snipes. Edited by ChieftainSnipe on Jun 5, 2014 at 05:16 AM

On the other side, the smaller FOV you use,the better you can aim.
50 fov on bigass with the ma5k is quite devastating when you check your radar often

Pro weapon origin maker here.
I think mine is at 85 or so most of the time. Rarely does it go above or below that. Any higher and animations that I make aren't going to work and it's too much for me to care.
Given, I make origins at 70 but the animation itself I will check in about 85 to see if my hands are off screen enough and what not. I don't know how you people can stand to have such high FOV. For me, if the weapon animations/origins don't look right, I won't play the game. Stupid, I know, but that's most of the feel of a game for me.

Everyone should post an in-game shot with their FOV as well. I would suggest it be mandated to like, default weapons of some sort instead of custom but anyone can do what they please.
