And so ya this is how the far is in just 2 days, all started from scratch XD Oh yeah mooose was thinking of changing the design of the shields/health, so tell use what you like more: Concept by mooose XD So ya post what you like better: ODST styled shields with health bar or spartan shields with a health bar. The first one looks more awesome, but I think the second one would be more useful when you're actually playing. Especially if you're looking at the sky, water or anything else that's blue.

Regardless, I like the HUD design :) Well when people who use os regardless if it the map has OS some people still us that screen stretching option so the screen doesn't stretch like default widescreen does, so I made the bitmap stretch out like so, so when not using widescreen/non-OS users they don't see the edges of the bitmap.

Definitely very sexy.  Also, the map is getting re-lit with the colors prominent in the map being slightly toned down. Pics soon. Map is pretty much release quality at this point. Relight and new HUD are getting put in as soon as possible, and then its all up to Mr. Dennis.

Alrighty. The lighting in the map has been slightly adjusted. The old lighting:  The new lighting:  Ignore those blood spots, lol. I was on a bloodthirsty rampage. Guys, who here thinks the coloring scheme of this map is great? I just want to do a comparison. I personally love this creative coloring scheme, but all the kids at modacity were complaining that it didn't match their precious color theory, and thus claimed it was a pure fact that the coloring of this map sucked.
Yes, they claimed it was factually impossible to like this coloring scheme. A guy from Ubisoft nonetheless, claimed that his personal opinion is a fact with which nobody can disagree.
Well dear Ubisoft, I disagree. And I'm sure many others do as well.

Modacity vets are a bunch of smug tards, who believe they are right 100% of the time. Its pathetic. But yeah, that thread made my head hurt. I like the coloring of the map, my only real beef is with the tagset, just because the particles are all the same old repeated ones :P

Still going to be awesome though :) Speaking of that, many of the particles/effects and shaders in the map have been changed since the trailer was made; in fact, the trailer was already outdated when it aired. xD
