Agreed.

And, also, I agree with the sinister look, makes the Flood look more scary.

Why not have the "OH SHI- BLARGGGGG" face from the host getting infected. Or have the flood membrane wrapped around there face to show some of the host's features.

1 Because it wears a mask
2 because it's a WIP and I told before I needed suggestions for the head before i could finalize the position

at the end the head will be lower, as the methan tank swells on the back, also, I have got some new textures for the flood, more gorey like ones so I'll retexture all models

The mask is an external piece of equipment, and can come off at any time. Like in Halo 3 where you can see a Grunt without a gas mask or a backpack.

if so, I'd need more reference, as i'm using halo 1 and halo 2 models where you never see that, as i've said before, i need halo 3 reference as i don't play it, so yea, if so, i wouldn't know, please some pics of proof please, that would be handy reference as i'd have to model it from scratch what's behind the mask

Err, halo 3 reference would be nice, and the tiny pic wich seems halo 3 is too small for reference... the halo 1 grunt is fanmade years ago, and the comic... eww...

they origonally have "those" on their mouths and if you manage to melee or shoot with a sniper or battle rifle them off you can see the mouths. =P

and Mythril isnt annoying.

It isnt halo 4... because its just halo 1 in perspective of the flood, Just other locations.
The whole story (or atleast a part) of the flood behind halo 1 is being replayed :P

Any ideas why? It doesn't pop up with any "animations don't match" error and there are no extra nodes.

lol, the banshee looks odd, i thought it was going to be a blob in the driver seat, to take over the controls, but you took over the whole vehicle... looks nice though

and maybe it doesn't animate because you havn't inserted a driver? xD
meh, put in something small like an infection form, so that you won't see what's actually inside...
reminds me, the infection form is INSIDE the host it infects, yet we see no traces of them?
I'll go correct that on all the models, and post some pics here when i have time

Yes. The biomass on the banshee was a great idea, as they are able to manipulate machines with by interfering with its circuitry. Great job.

The "tentacles" sticking out of the chest on combat forms are not tentacles at all. They are the feelers of the infection form that infected the host body.

Needs more broken parts.

Also, just link the flood parts to "frame hull" and just export the model and collision. And using the original banshee animations. Node List Checksum?

Also, Update: setting up all those damn bsp switches today so I dont have to fix them later. After that all I gotta do is add AI, the damn tedious task.

The flood controlled CMT banshees are pretty much the same thing, we just use a flood blob biped instead of actually editing the model.

Open the animations tag and make sure that each animation is used.

Depends if he reused the actual tag or re-exported every animation, then compiled.
