I'll do a clean startup, Because im quite sure i have no virus, i scan every night with Mcafee, which is a very good scanner :D

Hi all,

After a while of boreness i decided to do Some Halo CE once again, doing a few of my own maps ETC...

But now I encounter the following problem;

"Cannot allocate required memory. Some other application has loaded where halo needs to be located"

It does sound familiar to me... But i cant seem a way to fix it.

I closed all running windows, then started Halo CE, Same error.

Anybody can help me with this?

Odd, but 100% a fact.

I know veterans will find this crap, but 95% here is non-veteran..

If the non-veteran find the map awsome, then i'll better focus making new maps, instead of improving excisting maps. After i finished some new maps, i'll upgrade my previous :)

To let them spawn once-

Dont check the respawn enabled flag. they wont spawn in sapien, but they will ingame. once dead, they wont spawn then.

Atleast use a big campaign level;

Dont make it short
Dont rush it (like meh :D)

Also get some good tags... the regular are pretty stupid right now :P

Make up a story line, and visualize it in a level.

Download ALOT of tutorials...

like;
SP map tutorial by polamee
SP map tutorial by p0lar bear (u need both!)

These tutorials will cover up the most.

This actually is right. But, we can use the loopholes in canon to make up an explanation. Since elite's are so vastly superior to us, they might be able to customize their own HUD, just like how we are doing it right now.

They are superior in military plans, and physical strenght. Yet, their eyes are the same as ours, exept they got them from the side of their head :P

Ah man, i hate ruining youre ideas, but 50+ AI lagg...

I will perhaps take a look at it, but im working on various things atm;
-A whole campaign, 5 SP missions of 30 mins ea.

After that fixing, improving...

I'd like to point out a few things;

-LOL I MADE COVENANT LAST STAND XD
-This will lagg MASSIVELY
-Sidewinder is really to small for this scenario :P


I really appreciate all efford you put in this, i can imagine that you put alot of time in this. but unfortunate, this is possible, but it wont work, and will be to laggy to play good.

But as i see you liked my map, i will make a V2 of covenant last stand, after my campaign is a lil bit further.

You got quite a good imagination; Try follow some tutorials and go make some maps yourself :D
