Hi all,
After a while of boreness i decided to do Some Halo CE once again, doing a few of my own maps ETC...
But now I encounter the following problem;
"Cannot allocate required memory. Some other application has loaded where halo needs to be located"
It does sound familiar to me... But i cant seem a way to fix it.
I closed all running windows, then started Halo CE, Same error.
Anybody can help me with this?
Thanks, ~Eijsvogel

Quote: is another haloce.exe or halo.exe running at the same time as you starting up halo? if so, end that process, because it is using the same resources as the halo you want started up.
if not, try doing a clean startup (ie. no background programs running when you start up your comp) and try running halo again.
if even that can't work, scan your comp for viruses using UPDATED antivirus and antimalware software (like AVG or Malwarebytes).
last but not least, reinstall halo ce if all else fails.
definition of no background programs: no other open windows OR program in your taskbar (the toolbar at the bottom of your screen) Edited by sargejohnson on Aug 20, 2009 at 06:31 AM

I'll do a clean startup, Because im quite sure i have no virus, i scan every night with Mcafee, which is a very good scanner :D
Ima try clean startup, hold on.
