No. In fact Halo's so hard to run that the computer actually turned sentient when I tried to play it, and deliberately blew up in my face. I now have to go buy a new prosthetic head.

Actually I won't. People waging their virtual manhood around for comparison is really boring.

However since this is a Halo CE video game forum and you need a PC to run it I will let is stay open as long as it stays civil and does not degenerate into OS or PC war of some kind

You should really consider upgrading from 775 socket. The change in performance is very noticeable.. I had a 775 socket too...

E: Oh yeah, I have Windows 8.1 Pro 64-Bit as my OS. No, it isn't bad. In fact, I much prefer it to Windows 7, which I would swap for Ubuntu in an instant if I had a pre-built with W7 installed.

The graphics card on paper has the same specs as the 750TI, but in reality it seems to perform as well as a GTX 660 OC, which is my desktop card. it's odd, I can have the same graphics settings on my desktop PC, yet Call of Duty Ghosts (I know, not a good benchmark game) still stutters with the textures set to automatic or ultra. On my laptop, this stuttering isn't there, although both PCs get 60+ fps.

I also left a review on it. I was almost going to get the Lenovo y510p with dual GTX 755M cards, but then I decided to go with this one because many reviews said that the Lenovo had trackpad issues and SLI configurations.

This laptop now appears to be my main gaming system since I installed GTA IV, BF3, COD (all the ones I own).

May I have a picture of your setup? Not that I don't believe it, I just want to see that gaming place of yours! Also, I want to mention that I play Halo on a projector, which no one has ever tried or done before so that makes me obviously the winner.

I used to do the same thing too exept with half life 2. And i have my setup close to my tv so i can use steam big picture to play halo on my tv whenever i want. I win.
