i was wondering how i can change the textures color in 3ds max. some thing like cc in halo itself i know some one put a tutorial on this site some wear.

Lol composite. I've always been doing it through making RBG Tint in the diffuse spot then putting the diffuse itself in there and messing with the colors like that.
I mean, still works for the most part.

Just going to add that you should also add detail maps this way

A other way is to color the bitmap in with normal paint.net then change the cyborg reflection armor bitmap.
DONE!
