That image looks bad titled that much, its like what, 60degrees? If your going to tilt it, do it more subtle, eg 30 - 45.

It's not one of my best. You can blame my compulsive desire to get the falcon in the shot but who knows, maybe I'll do a rerun now that you've pointed it out.

I fixed the flight physics of the Falcon and enabled it to hover, but it spawns at a 75 degree angle and spins when you try to flip it, the missiles only fire out of the left launcher and the machine gun fires randomly when you fire it, and it stays 4 meters off the ground even when landed, but it explodes when too much damage is taken and instead of taking a few minutes to sync it explodes on 0 hp, and it smokes when damaged now.

Also, that night image is in bigass2,074 and its not being released yet said Altis.

It already exploded instantly when falcon had 0 hp. It already had smoke but only in server side. I am not going to download it because I know you just ruined it.

Night looks so much more aesthetic. The map already is fun, but playing 1 life team slayer snipers with no radar would be great. A slow game, but hunting and eliminating the enemy team would be SO COOL

Playing a game at night on this map would be pretty cool.

It is not rotating. At the moment it can only switched by server host/admin with a command. I'm not sure what I will do about it yet...

Actually i think the night time battle might be a bit more fun if you make it so then people would actually want to play tactically. :3

Maybe add stuff like pickupable flares that you could throw to light up an area.

You could make 2 versions of the map where players could vote on at the end of the round. Call the maps something like-

bigassv2,(insert version) day
(designed for day battles)

bigassv2,(insert version) night
(designed for night battles)

But either way, I'm liking your map. :) Keep up the good work.

Or just do a rotating day night thingy that you guys said.

That only affects the client though, doesn't it? I don't see why many people would choose the night option if their visibility would be inferior to those who were playing on day.

Yeah, it would be unfair. But with a map this big, it's the perfect size for team slayer elimination.

Agreed with Masterz1337. We definitely should have an option to switch between night and day like in CMT_Snow_grove and coldsnap.

I'm not much for night, it would increase camping even more, and also camping in bases as they will be still fully illuminated...
On the other hand I've always been for sunset.

You should put blind wolf in the night and it will be challenging for red and blue killing each other because the animals kept distracting them rofl.


They won't camp unless the A.I creature would find their enemies in the night.



It will be a lot scarier and tense map. Idk just my own opinion.

For the 1000000 time, AI DOES NOT SYNC OVER MULTIPLAYER!!!!!111

And don't come with "but Kirby is working on it" because that way is only meant for coop and not for big multiplayer battles as it could create big amounts of lag with too many players.

@bourrin33 I will try to make night only on slayer gametype to see if that works.

@sshers4 AI don't sync online so I will not use them.


I don't want rotating time cycle or just client side change. I could make it so it would randomily change to day or night when game starts though.

Flood gulch yet they sync
canyon 2 map they sync
predator map any many other maps are multiplayer with A.I and they sync alright.

Have you ever played any of these maps with your friends? (asuming that you have friends...)
It doesn't work that well because the game doesn't have AI syncing in it's netcode.

And as you can see the AI characters don't have animations and some of their functions don't work properly (like exploding).

@ Maniac I don't think it would be possible without making separate maps. I successfully made night on slayer, king and oddball gametypes and day on CTF and race. I might keep it this way.
