BREAKTHROUGH

After hours of research and code-breaking, I just happened to stumble over something surfing Wikipedia. Take a look at the date of the October Revolution--November 7, 1917.

Let's pick this number apart: 11/7/1917

11+7+1+9+1+7 = 36

The square root of 36 is 6.

Then (this may be the shocking part of all) look at the date of the original post: 6/27/2011

6+27+2+0+1+1 = 37

Now this is pure speculation, but I suspect preparation would have definitely started on the day before, placing the start of the operation technically on the 26.

6+26+2+0+1+1 = 36

Meaning, using the formula of (M + D + Individual digits of the year), the next '36' will be on July 25, 2011. This can only mean another incident will happen.

We're running out of time, people. If we don't find out who this puppet master is and bring him to justice within the next two days, innocent lives are at stake.
