Higuy, are you just into asset making? or are you thinking of going into OpenGL/Rendering development?(Artist or Coder?) Your maps look cool btw. The tile/texture on the floor gives me a headache tho, it would be good as bathroom tiles, though. the newest version of sapp has some stuff from phasor, and it lets you spawn in hogs, (gunner seat) and lets you drive it in the gunner seat. it also lets you make a vehicle army which is funny. that may help ^

Heretic, i found the issue, i forwarded the ports wrong, 2302 and 2303 are to be UDP not TCP/IP

Uninstall it, use cc cleaner, and remove everything halo-related. Then, Reinstall and see if it works. If it doesnt, do a system restore as that works all the time.

Hello, i am having difficulty with people not being able to join my servers whether i run it as a dedicated or as in-game. I have read the section in halomaps, i have allowed the game through both my firewalls, have my ports forwarded and openned, but i still have this issue. Please help, as this distresses me. I was able to host a few months ago but ever since i got a wi-fi connection people cant join my servers. If it helps, when i host a server in-game it shows ip as 10.0.something.something but when i use dedicated server it shows 67.whatever. Edited by Cransalad on Dec 15, 2011 at 05:16 PM

It's either you switched the servers you play on, or you have gotten used to the lag. It's Just probably your computer, i have issues like this all the time. Most of the people i know say that its frequent jitter that causes this lag warp issues. I dont know what it means but it sounds to me like some interference between you and your ISP.

I need help with adding a hud to a map. I messed around with it and my files got messed up, so i had to reinstall Halo Editing Kit. I was wondering just how do you add a hud to a map, and where do i put the files from the huds downloaded from here. Please help.
