So I got it ingame.

Still got to deal with portals, con is down for another sky, expect some 4v4 gamenights soon.

oh and for the record I'm going to do more details, etc, especially around the floating bit, it looks kinda silly as is.

Baby Baby Baby Ohhhh!!! lol. Awesome, we've got gorgeous maps with gameplay value in them. Quality design in tight spaces for players to be able to shoot each other. Not flying an immortal pelican in a humongous canyon waiting forever to see anybody. We come back to quality, well-designed maps that Bungie set an example on how to make thoughtful professional content. Yay!!! I wish there were more people who could make maps like requiem or lumoria.

I think his placement of scenery and choices of weapons are what will decide that. The map design is outstanding so, IF done right, it should be great I bet.

Wow, that map just spanks Bungie, spank, spank, spank. That's called Bungie Humpday right there. GAWD I WISH I COULD MAKE SOMETHING SO GORGEOUS AND AWESOME AND FUN LIKE THAT!!! That's such an inspirational map, along with revelations and lumoria. We need more maps like that. GAAH that map is so awesome!!!

I used to hate them, but then they grew on me. Either way though it depends on what I can get Conscars to do for me, so we'll see.

gamenight in the next few days, not sure whether I'll do it in pubs or with my pro homeboys first though.

shortest route from interior spawn

35 seconds to enemy flag

25 seconds to reach your flagstand from there

long route

45 seconds

Oh my gawd!!!! LAG lag lag. My usual ping is like 67 or 133. And my average number of kills in a game is like 4 after like 7 minutes.

i'm from northern ireland and my ping is usually 133-167 on american servers,i can work with that :)
from seeing the first image of this map and also from finding out that sel and revelations are lets say related ;),this map got my attention straight away,i downloaded the map from your drop box link sel and i can tell you now that the map is what i expected=awesome.i see that a lot of the older members from modacity and halomaps with obviously be joining the server to play the map,i will try to join it but if i can't then have fun :)

I Dig it! The shapes remind me a little of Construct from Halo 3.

There are some areas that don't feel very good navigating but I'll have to see hoe it works in gameplay.

Ok, first off, my map is no longer a remake of Extinction. Not even in the loosest of terms. The concept carries over, albeit at a modified value. Therefore, it is no longer a remake of a 'bad map', but instead a spectacularly designed culmination of various successful aspects of other maps, mostly Bungie-created.

I would like to contest the name, however; as other users have already pointed out, I have put the name in various places scattered about my hard drive...changing the name would prove a tedious effort.

Technically, I publicly posted my intent to call my map Requiem on 10 AUG 10. Your thread dates to 05 MAR 11. I believe by those standards, I have 'dibs' on the name. But I want to resolve this here and now. Your map looks great, and I almost want to request some segments to add to the final interior section of Requiem.

So, please respond with your thoughts. Perhaps a new name can be worked out.

Damn, I missed the alpha test, how did it go? would have been nice if there was a gametime, it was probably like 5 or 6am here in australia, i was probably sound asleep.
