Will do...
Today I made a lot of ui progress. Here's one of the many frames from the main loop:

...because want to prove that I made the banshees fly.
I've also realized that this is nowhere close to the actual halo 3 ui-- but its style is pretty much the same.

If your trying to prove you made them fly then take a video, not a still framed picture.

Lol, I know, right? I can't right now, but people keep bothering me about the shees and the capital ship, so...

Your not planning on having it say Halo 3 are you?

I understand it's paying homage to Halo 3 but it's no Halo 3. My concerns come from me wanting that UI, but not the silliness of acting like I'm playing Halo 3. Good work either way.

There are some slight UVW errors and extra faces on the cliffs I saw too. Just saying :P

You only found the more obvious ones. I looked around the map and found alot of things wrong with the weapons themselves, but that doesn't matter because I will be working on those.

I really like what you did to the water (Water looks awesome, except outside of the map :P), but the most important thing to do right now would be to fix any uwv errors.

Those are some pretty trivial and obvious errors, guys. I'll add them to my list of things, though, for when I can muster some more time and strength to work on the bsp. :)
I still have to look into the HEK tutorial for making legit player clips. If that ends up not happening, I could actually use some help with player- and vehicle-only barriers.

why make barriers when you can put a killbox and a time limit. At least thats what i would do. Make a kill box that does a damage effect that will kill you in 10 seconds and a warning so when it starts to do damage it starts the timer

May i make a suggestion that will piss off a ton of people?. Instead of releasing a beta or alpha or whatever to the public. Only release the finished product so it will be more popular and more people will play it rather then thinking they already have a version of that and they don't need another one. Just a suggestion. Take it or leave it

The point of the pre-release maps is to find any bugs that need fixing, then when the final map is released it's perfect :) Even if people have the beta version, I'm pretty sure everyone will download the final version that's been fixed.

All I need is a really nice sky. It's too far beyond the actual halo 3 ui to need the same scenery.
