you could remodel the halo 3 gravity hammer, and someone could work on making custom third person animations for it, and i'm already working on a reach sword, model animations ect. models done. and needs better shaders, animations, idle walking. done, melee lunge and the thing he does when you leave him to long, work in progress

Nice. Reskinning Ivory Tower, as well as maps such as Ascension for Forge World would be good.I think the only forge world is based around bloodgulch. We could use the new mombosa buildings (scenery) in ivory tower as New Alexandria buildings too, for stuff like Swordbase.

Well, today I was watching some Invasion on Breakpoint from the Noble Map Pack for Halo Reach. Halo: Reach - Quick Look Breakpoint http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OC-Qncg6kV8For our invasion, we should make it an AI gametype. For one of my personal projects, I was doing an AI trainer that would use the original halo 1 maps and replace players with AI spartans to simulate online play. Invasion sounds like a cool idea. Although we should make custom maps for this project too. Invasion would be a good chance to make custom bsp's designed specifically for Invasion.

Alright, so I have now made plans for an Invasion map. Should I use it for CE3 by myself, or should it be part of the CE3 for the team? For CE3, perhaps we could have several people on the team show off a little bit of stuff, or we could have a group VIdoc or something.
The Invasion map will be in a desert, it will be playable only on Slayer, where the player is forced to play as a spartan with the spartans. It will be an objective defense game, where you have objectives to defend. I will set up my AI encounters really well and add in a lot of the Reach Invasion gameplay. Also, this will be a good opportunity for me to show off the Reach-style weapons I have been modding.

Any progress on Falcon (maybe use pelican/hornet textures?) Also, any progress making the Boneyard update? I'll do scriptng once it's in .scenario format, but at the mo we need to add metallic textures for the Frigate seeing as they don't appear. Can't wait!!!!! I think we should use Zanzibar sky tags for Boneyard. I don't have any .map to 3d model conversion software, but if I did I'd reall like to make forge world (not just bloodgulch). Alright, well then I will do the "sandbox" modding. Integrating into gameplay, (setting up damage and that kind of thing).
Also, does anybody know if I can use Imageshack to post updates with videos as well as pictures?
Just as a random saying: I'm starting the Reach Campaign (on Normal) from start to finish. (Not playing random levels and never actually playing the whole thing). That will help me generate ideas. :D
Heck, here's an idea, perhaps it would be cool if we had some maps that haven't been made for CE yet. That would be cool. Also, I am now working on my Invasion map with AI. Female ai will have the same scripting as male AI... Shoot, run, follow the player, get in a vehicle with the player, die really easily, aim badly, kill your own team with splash damage weapons, stand still while scanning the area so inmature gamers can stare at your butt....

first off your talking about normal halo 1 ai, i'm still working on making it perfect. but since the h1 ai bore me now im making my own, they act like players but not perfect you can still tell their ai for now, anyway, can anyone answer this question, how do i make it the health pack or any other powerup have no screen flash?, and before you start saying it's off topic and to get out, it is for making a reach component and will intern make something great, please answer :|
