New trip mine and stuff. still a WIP. Might go into sandtrap but not if there are issues. Like syncing or exceptions (which have happened online)

Guys, plz increase the magnum r.o.f. by at least 15%.
it would balance it more
as well as increasing th ar r.o.f. slightly, because it deals hardly any damage, even up close.

no make the rof 37 and make it single shot and press that trigger or clicker as fast as u can!!! well not 37 but like 15 will make it do the job

It syncs perfectly, just that occasionally, upon a client dying to a trip mine, the game will exception. I have no idea why, let's hope jesse can fix it.

any luck we will be seeing the hornet on this map? like only spawns on ctf < wich is a very good idea maybe have each team have one then u still got the banshee remember u can script up to twenty extra vehics.

so correct me if im wrong but these are the vehics u currently have

turret
hog
ghost
scorpion
wraith
mongoose
banshee
elefant
(possibley hornet)
(possible brute chopper) ( i think its called that.)

Yeah, I have that problem on dangercanyon when trying to take a hog up top and into the enemies tunnel.

Danger canyon was one of the most annoying maps , when you're camping with the sniper and trying to fire it into the tunnel on the left. Phantom BSP galore. Sidewinder , Idk , it's fun because you can snipe people out of moving vehicles , since it's all flat. I've never noticed phantom BSPs in Blood Gulch , someone please point em out.

man this map is gonna be the most epic thing ever. but i have a question. the last sand trap seemed very small in relativity to its size from hal three. is that because of the conversion of the bipeds and textures? or is it just me knit picking?

Leave the Guass Hog as is. I agree about the Chaingun needing to be a bit weaker though: besides practicality, it literally ruins Halo1 (and sometimes Halo3) for me.

We tried to play a small beta to see if the larger beta game would work.

It was total crap.

The BSP has a HUGE phantom BSP wall going through the middle. That BSP is so bad, i'm seriously considering scrapping this (i'm not.) I absolutely hate this BSP in the current state it's in. This level has absolutely no gameplay all all since the BSP has an infestation of phantom BSP.

I cannot state this enough. I hate this BSP. I'm thinking about ripping the BSP from the in-game file because no one can successfully convert the BSP model into a format usable by 3ds max 2008. The people who have been working on it lately use 2010, and that means i can't get some people like DSalimander, or Higuy to really help out with the level, therefore it has been in a cruddy state for a very long time.

The BSP is bad enough that we cannot test the weapons properly to see if they work well online or not. Too many phantom walls block our grenades, projectiles, and every vehicle.

Scrapping it altogether!? Let's not get too carried away now. lol
Anyway, could the phantom walls be a result of how the BSP has to be compiled because it has open edges and maybe the program is just messin up the collision geometry?
