Baking at 2k: 12 Baking at 4k: 16 Baking at 8k: 20 - 24. Should point out that you won't see any noticeable effects of the dialation taking place if your uvs are packed in super tight. Say for example if you want a padding value of 14 between 2 uv islands you will need the distance between those 2 islands to be more than 14 pixels. If for example the distance between to uv chunks is 6 pixels then the RTT will dialate both islands until they meet up on an average. In the case I described above the dialation will only amount to 3 pixels.

Yeah and don't place your UV islands too close to the borders of the bitmaps, it can also cause weird black line or anything depending on what's on the other side of the texture, as they tile. And I think you can also make your shaders emit their own light in the material settings, dunno how that would look but it might be easier and more accurate than placing omni lights everywhere

Cool man. I think you should use a better ice cliff texture for the cave interior. Otherwise, geometry and texturing looks basic but good.

Fix your cliffs. They're literally just a flat wall right now. Make them more cliffy and you should be good. And use better textures (or learn to unwrap things)

You can't, I'm practicing animation because I have to learn and get good for some big projects, any advice is appreciated.
