It's a path for a hallway in a covenant ship.


For a start, it doesn't look half bad. I'd suggest you to lower down a bit the purple parts of the floor, so that they're more alligned with the gray parts. Right now the corridor looks a bit uncomfortable to walk

Started working on it again, I lowered the purple metal on the sides a little bit. I want to make the purple parts more shellish.

Aha, I remember these maps. If I remember correctly, though, they used predominantly custom assets as opposed to dressing up Halo assets to be used for an alternate purpose.

I've been playing with halo content in unity, Works surprisingly well. I just need to write new shaders for shader_environment and shader_transparent_generic to get detail and reflective functionality in the cliffs and the particle and animation in the grav lift and add the rest of the scenery to make it perfect.

I wasn't suggesting moving engines, there's so little activity in Halo ce now I don't think it's community would survive a move if it tried.

The Unity asset store is better than UE4 Marketplace though.
