that calls in a pelican. it works for me, but you have to wait for it for a bit obviously.

You should place the box for the pelican reinforcement INSIDE the hallway and be limited to an amount of calls every other wave or something. This would make it where you're not completely F-ed when you get stuck in the hallway. Also, drop off one or two more Pelicans at the bottom of the Pyramid to send reinforcements behind the enemy to help you out against enemies going up the ramp. These two pelicans could be weaponless.

No, it causes you to think about falling back into the hallway. Also, the pelican would have to come from outside, and then the Covenant would be hit from behind which would be unfair.

- Almost non-stop, very intense, action
- Phantoms dropping off squads on the pyramid

- Marine and ODST allies: once the marines die, you can call in a new pelican with a fresh squad of marines. The pelican is also heavily armoured, and can lash out massive amounts of damage. You call the pelican in via a covenant communications-uplink, which is located near your spawn-point. ODST's cannot be replenished.
- This map differs from traditional firefight maps in the fact that you only have one life. The amount of available marines is limited instead, so use them wisely.

I haven't implemented a "score" system yet. I do have a variable that counts the current wave though. You can see which wave you are fighting by typing (inspect wave) in the console.

Run the map by typing map_name b40_firefight in the console.
Also note that this map cannot be "won".

I might get pictures up later today, but for now, just trust me when I say it's a fun, intense, map.

-Whoever else's stuff I'm using, and cannot think of at this moment in time
-Bungie and Gearbox: for making Halo CE

Aight. Just done playing, it's fun. Sometimes i'm on the lower platform, fighting enemies walking up with one or two marines then look around and see the others failed to take on their own phantom so i'm circled by brutes and the two remaining marines die in seconds. Pretty fun when it happens lol

hi!!!! first of all good map guy!!!!
second..fuel road grunts,
3)hunters
4) if you can add silenced odst weapons
5) portable turrets if possible
6)A NUCLEAR BOMB you can activate if you are souranded by enemys without hope to survive
7) make came 2 odst in the backup pellican with the marines...they are ,at the end, normal humans with just more experience an slighty better weapons.
8)at the 7th wave drop a spartan? just to remember bungie
9)more suggestions to come...ill' say tommorrow, hope to have been someway helpfull.

it's just to bring the enemys with you in the hell...lulz maybe if activated you can see an above vista of the scenary during the explosion waching all the covenant blowing away...
also gamma the suicide grunts of your firefight map can help..

This look like a whole lot of fun, also looks more exciting then ODST Firefight I'll have to check it out.
