Hi everyone,
A member on another forum I was on posted this web site linking to an older version of that forum. So I went to the site which linked the old forum and searched for Halomaps. To my excitement I found a perhaps 1st version of the Halomaps site! Here it is:
You can also dig up other websites, just go to this link: http://web.archive.org/ I know this isn't related to Halo but it sure is a fantastic find. I actually made a topic about that a while ago. I thought everyone decided the first map made was tutorial, while blood islands was the first uploaded to the site.

tutorial was the first one, but thats not even statistic but logic.
or did the very first dude who looked at it immidiatly know how to make custom maps? tutorial was first in any way, mb not this site, but i wouldnt put my first map up either |

The Tutorial map was produced by Gearbox for just that purpose to use in the tutorial. As for the first map made, no one knows. All I can tell you is that the maps were uploaded in the order I found them. You can sort by date to see what they were.
