today i have dowloaded peril h3 and when i play it this happens:

it is very hard to describe because every time i move, it does something else.
this is not the only map this happened to, some others are the mummy 7, h3mt narrows and mmt sandtrap. is there a way to fix this problem? i can also make a video on what it looks like if needed.

Portaling issues lol, there map errors, you can't fix them outside of a map.
Also were is that in Peril...?

Your graphics card sucks like mine, so it cant take all the polies loaded from the sniper.

You really got screwed over. The only good thing I see is your Processor, but its most likely single core. As of the hard drive, wdf.

Question: Is this a Laptop or Desktop PC?

You need a new graphics card. I used to have a 7900 and it would do thatsame thing. In every single game I played.

Then I got the new ATi Card like a 4850 or something like that and it's all gone now. The card was doing that in EVERY game I played so it wasn't a bad graphics problem.

I think it's Pentium 4, not 4 CPU's.

Pretty good. I find an NVIDIA 8600 good enough for normal use. 8400 is a notch lower. And for some reason, I can run decals just fine, when I used to use Vista, and when I use 7.

The Nvidia 8600 GT can play Crysis on medium, which is good enough for me since I don't play Crysis. It can play most of today's games on high or something, and it's not that expensive.
