Ive been having serious issues with sapien... it wants a sky.shader_enviroment tag
this is my Annoying repedative non fixed iraatating debug.txt file:

Everythings fine up to here...

You wouldn't be getting this error if you had the bitmap. Rename another one, or rip the sky bitmap from another map.

Open up the bloodgulch sky, and find the bitmap that looks like the one you want. Copy it, and paste it in place of the bitmap that you're missing.

Yep that sounds right.
The .sky you are using is looking for clearafternoon.bitmap in the bigmap folder, its not there.
You either need to do like Gamma said and put the .bitmap where the .sky thinks it should be or redirect the .sky to look for the .bitmap in the correct place (probly sky/clearafternoon/bitmaps)

did you take the sky out of the sky folder in tags, or did you copy the sky into your bigmap folder.

i copyed the sky out of the directory: tags\sky\clear afternnon.
and also there is NO bitmap called called Clear afternoon.bitmap!

just load the sky out of the sky folder, there isnt a bitmap but it needs to load the other bitmaps

nope its still not working
i also changed my sky to Dusk
but it still wants my clear afternoon, do i needa change something?
and my debug text hasnt changed after i changed the sky 2 Dusk?
can it overflow or something?

You appear to have created a sky.shader_evironment. Why you have done that I cannot think of, seeing as in Gmax/Max, the material should be named "+sky".
