If you did that, then it should be outputted into the Halo Sound Converter\tags\[some folders] directory.

You have to copy and paste the sound into your tags directory. Also, you can't create a new .sound file in guerilla through file>new, because you don't have certain data. Just copy the sound file that you converted, and put it into your tags directory.

Then, go to this folder, and drag the sound file INTO your tags folder.

What the heck are you doing?

1) Unzip the Sound Converter into the Halo Custom Edition folder
2) Run it
3) Select the mp3
4) Click convert
5) Go to the Halo Custom Edition/Halo CE Sound Converter/tags/[directory]
6) Copy the .sound file located there
7) Paste it somewhere in your tags folder
8) Do whatever you want with it

Doesn't the sound converter need .wav files?
