I like the distressed wall texture but there is just so much of it that it seems to lose it's visual impact. There is nothing normal around to to compare. Unless you are just showing that part level, I would think that it would be better used in just specific sections of the map.

Or I have not bothered to get a new model ingame, due to the fact that I still need to test weapons\gameplay to see if there's anything more that I need to modify. That way I wont have to constantly get new models ingame.

You were complaining about bitmaps, not there placements or shader manipulations. What dennis was talking about was contrasting, which can be accomplished with the current bitmaps I have.

You don't have to run nice lightmaps every time. Just do a quick run through lightmaps which takes one min. tool lightmaps 0. 0.9 And in sapien you just click the objects that need to be tweaked from changing the model. I don't understand how it can take as long as you expect it should. Like I said, if it takes you longer than that you could use more practice in getting new models ingame.
