thanks, have to look into that later I could aswell make working gametype meters, but that will take some longer, so i don't think you'll want that, maybe for a V2 sometime lol. I'm happy with the AR meter, the alpha went out better than i hoped =P I wondered why noone made a prowler before, havn't done that myself since I don't have enough reference, I don't play H3 =P if someone can make c-loads of it, i could make one and the elephant, tag the one on the site? TEH PISTOL IS TOO SMEXY, i r demanding moar! It's a tad too shiny now i look at it, the h3 one is more matte, but it's ok I've got the weapons hud done for: AR, BR, Pistol, SR, RL, SG, partly PP FT PR and PC now a little question for my grunt: spike grenade or default grenade? I'll be working to make sure the sword/gravity hammer/etc won't be overpowered as hell. Balance is my job ;)
I still need to figure out how to do a sword tag that works decently...

That's what I was thinking. I think ZTeam uses a tagging system similar to that, but I'm not sure how the actual "lunge" is activated.
I've a few tags by JahRain (I think) I can look over, I think he figured out a way to do it

Isnt the sniper rifle supposed to be black? And BP, your HUD is to bright, and the visor needs alot less opacity. *Image is resized to 800x600And fix the length of the shield bar, I dont know if you drew yours based on widescreen or normal screen halo 3, but I resized your screenshot and your shield bar is longer than the one above in normal mode. You might have to move forward a little but the overall function should be preserved

I like his hud, the brightness is because of bloom, bp dont change it. Also the sniper rifle looks black because of the bumpmaps, specular etc. but in reality the actual diffuse looks like this. Dear idiots, this isn't mine its cads, showing it for comparison, the sniper is ripped from h3.

Wow floyd. Texture the whole thing at a time. Doing 1 section is pointlessly slow.
Make a base metal texture in ps. Then use it as a base for texturing the whole weapon. Just add color variation and any other material where needed.
THen do the detailing. Simple as that.
