well, rain may drop your fps, but the map is called erosion, and erosion happens by water, and water hits the dirt mainly by rain so rain would be fitting because of this rain, having vines on the cliffs would be such a nice touch. i guarantee you guys that this will be one of the few maps i play with my buddies

The texture job is really bringing down the awesomeness of the map. That cliff texture just isn't doing it for me at all, and the ground texture needs to blend better. One thing that makes terrain look better imo, is if the ground is shaped to where the paths and such are going to be on the texture. Like right now there's just dirt paths on the same level as the grass is, and there's no reason why there's dirt in that area. structures still could use some better textures too.
Model still needs work, mainly the cliff edges. the sharp edges and straight drop of really needs to be fixed, I know others have said this but it still needs to be done. also how at each end of the map the cliffs just stop. The environment really has potential to look a lot better.
Aim higher with this map, there's a lot more that could be done to make it a lot better looking, just keeping trying to do your best and don't settle with whats there.

Yea im gonna fix up the cliffs, probally add some alpha-blend treee's on the top to. Some textures I know need fixing and i'm gonna do that this week. You made some good points there.
