Delete some things on your Hard Drive. Too much on your HD can cause lag and even stalls in programs. Also, check my topic for Virtual Ram Upgrades. It works in a sense of Multitasking, not gamingwise. If that is the case, then you need to upgrade your RAM.

How to increase your RAM Virtually:http://forum.halomaps.org/index.cfm%3Fpage=topic&topicID=21083

Is there a limit or negative effect to increasing it?

Also, my windows vista has no my computer. It has computer, but it doesn't go to the same area. It's a lot different than that.

On Vista look on the right side of Computer for the advanced options. (You need to be an administrator to do this)
