Mebbeh cause ripping is easier :D

Anyways...... though even I am not completely comfortable with this, the new reason for a forerunner bridge on earth is because it is one of many pieces of power generators for the portal from halo 3 poking out of the ground. The picture I posted earlier will be a covenant excavation site, and it has a texture now.

UPDATE:

A few things now:

*I'm co-leader nao :D

*We're getting to work on a h3 scarab, no work to show yet.

*A new custom weapon is in the works. I would rather keep it a secret from now. But I can tell you it will only turn up in the hands of a few ODST's.

*We need a good level concept artist. I fail at making concepts -_-.

*The character you play in the mod has been decided - you play as a spartan assigned to defend earth, who wasn't present during the assault on reach.

*We also will need a few more bsp modelers. If you only box model, or are a beginner you will not be accepted.

*NEW: The model of the forerunner bridge posted earlier has been cut from the campaign.

Still in a very early stage.

Also, another list of crap about the campaign:

*We have added a new feature onto the secret gun that will make it fun as hell to use.

*There will be 3 classes of hunters: Anti-air(shoots spartan laser-like shots), anti-armor(shoots shade rounds) and regular(the h1 hunter, maybe the h2 one).

*Halopro77 is no longer our modeler.

EDIT: All tags we made ourselves will be open sourced after the campaign is finished. The maps themselves will be protected though, since we have some sounds and possibly bipeds that can't get out into the public.

Wait....which are some H3 weapons (besides the Spiker) that have rarely been modeled? Mauler is one, but what's another one?

Although I can't map, I can make some suggestions:
1) A significantly large portion of the level devoted to air combat, using a human vehicle like the Kestral
2) The ability to take the enemy hunters' guns
3) MOAR NEW WEAP0NZ
4) A new apc vehicle
5) and possibly, a multiplayer version with some sort of coop type gameplay
