Halo 3 has been proven to run on a PC using a Bungie port, The computer they played on had a very similar spec as a 360. (I read Xbox360UK Magazine, and they talk about this occasionally) Bungie wont stop support for Halo 3 untill the sun dies or they take over the world. Maybe, just maybe, you could edit the source code or modify the hud aspects that display an allies name, or enemy when you look at them, and turn it into their Health and shield.
