you know in halo 3 how the legs interact with the environment. well what if we made the legs interact as if you just died but you are able to walk and run normaly or make them basicaly like a tank but i guess script it so when you run into players it will just pusgh them a short distance like in halo 2? it will probably cause lag i know but why not make an ai map or all single player maps that way. also can there be a better third person view for CE like they shoot where you aim. PLZ i play in third person and i like the aimer to be a few inches above my right shoulder

He is talking about how in Halo 3, the feet will react to the angle of the ground a biped is standing on.

That (in refrence to sim up there) and being able to "push" others..... now for that i think the people you play as would have to be vehicles.... which we all know as possible..... so that might work... but yes it would probably lag to hell....... you ever tried possessing someone? scared the crap outa my friend by doin that to him.

No, like when you walk say you can push fusion coils around and you can also dot hat with bipeds in h2 and h3. You just walk intot hem and hold the analog stick down and you would push them slowly.

I don't see how it would affect gameplay much. If you want that to happen, just get Halo 2 or 3. Halo 1 will never be able to mimic everything in Halo 3 due to dramatic differences in what each version of the engine can handle.

There isn't one that shoots where your target is. You can't change where you gun shoots with a program like that. Otherwise, people would be standing behind walls and sniping you from across the map.

you mean a program that allows you to see your player in 3rd person, and adjusts the weapons projectiles toward the reticle as you move the camera? no idea...

No, the reticule has to stay in the middle of the screen. As I said, that would be cheating if you could shoot from behind a wall.

what i do know is that its possible for vehicles, for example the warthog's suspension or tank tracks; this could be made for something like MC in the sense that in coldsnap, if u enter a mech walker thingy, its feet i believe matches up with the terrain below it.
what you could do is the following, not a great solution, but here it goes: (assuming you wanted a gametype for say AR and pistol only) >Spawn in a non reachable room with say 1 vehicle teleporter, no normal teleporters >make a vehicle that are 'shoes', same MC animations or whatever you want, you can only enter the game once u get in the vehicle shoes >i cant remember if its possible, but make the shoes only enterable, aka no exit >to counter the problem of side stepping, you could use the ghost physics, and instead of hovering to a height of say 0.55, make the shoes hover to 0.01 or 0.05 and use the appropiate animations if possible. >You could make the driver have the ability to shoot while in vehicle, this would allow you to use pistol and AR while 'driving' the shoes.
Ive prolly forgotten a thing or 2 here and this probably isnt recommended, but its just a theory which MIGHT make this possible

but there isnt a 3rd person view that will allow you to shoot where the camera is? and what i mean is the shooting comes from the playersd weapon not where thereticle is like The Punisher that game has 3rd peron view i mean that type of view he shoots where the reticle moves

NO! You can NOT shoot EXACTLY where the reticule is, because that is then cheating because as I said, you could shoot someone from across the map while you're hiding behind a wall.

THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT shooting does not come from reticle is there a program that allows that for third person view? i know there is one for halo PC im looking for one FOR HALO CE that does what i said in this post.
