Ok so I have WINDOWS VISTA HOME PREMIUM and I got all my previos stuff and installed except for Halo Editing Kit Plus.... For somereason when I open it, it says could not open or something. I would appreciate help if you could. Thanks......

I spent $130.00 on vista so i won't unistall it and how do I disable UAC
